cara pemakaian Premium beautiful corset yang betul

cara nak pakai corset Premium Beautiful ni senang & simple je, cuma 1st time pakai  memang susah sikit la sebab kita tak biasa kan. tapi hari ke2 atau ke 3 dah jadi senang selalunya. sbb time tu kita da terer. hehe



STEP 1 : Long Girdle



(1) Lipatkan bahagian pinggang dan dan kaki seluar dalam
(2) Sarungkan seperti memakai seluar dalam biasa
(3) Masukkan tangan di bahagian punggung dan tarik lebihan lemak ke atas
(4) Perbetulkan kedudukannya agar selesa


tips untuk senang pakai- untuk mudah pakai,kene bukak kaki besar sket,ala2 kekuda gitu...pastu joget2 & lompat2 sket sambil nak pakai girdle ni ;) mula2 memang rasa ketat sikit sbb tak biasa kan. lepas 2, 3 hari kita akan biasa lah.. memang macam kelakar skit..tapi trust me..senang je nak masuk girdle tu kalau kite berjoget-joget..hehe

STEP 2: Long Bra


(1) Tundukkan badan 90 darjah dan sarungkan bra ke badan dan letakkan payu dara ke dalam cawan bra (pastikan semua daging payudara masuk cantik ke dalam cup bra
(2) Lekatkan cangkuk di bahagian belakang
(3) Tarik semua lebihan lemak yang ada di bahagian belakang dan bawa ke hadapan (masukkan ke dalam cawan bra).
(4) Laraskan tali bra supaya dapat kedudukan yang selesa.
(5) Betulkan kedudukan bra


tips untuk senang pakai: mula2 memang susah sikit sebab long bra masa tu ketat lagi & kita pun tak biasakan. maybe kene ada someone yg kene tlg pinkan. tp masuk 2nd day tak sampai 3 minit da settle. hehe.. ni pengalaman saya laa kan ;)
STEP 3: Waist Nipper



(1) Letakkan rama-rama diamond terletak di tengah dada
(2) Lekatkan kesemua cangkuk(patut berada di tulang rusuk kiri badan)
(3) Betulkan kedudukannya
(4) Tarik tali pelaras
(5) Tahan nafas dan cangkukkan ke depan
(6) Pastikan ianya selesa

a few days ni kita memang asyik bercerita tentang haze atau jerebu aje kan? memang teruk sangat kali ni punye jerebu..last time yang teruk i rasa mase i blajar lagi kot..at that time memang teruk tapi skolah kat KL tak tutup rasenye..tapi this time memang sangat teruk..maybe sebab i da ade anak so kite rase lagi risau..yelah jerebu ni memang yang akan teruk effect die pada baby,kanak-kanak,warga emas,yang ada masalah pernafasan and pregnant woman..

short-term adverse effects:
  • Irritated eyes, watering eyes, and/or conjunctivitis (a type of eye inflammation)
  • Running nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, and/or post-nasal drip
  • Throat irritation, dry throat, sore throat and/or coughing
  • Headache, dizziness, fatigue and/or stress
  • Decreased lung function, depressed respiratory immune defenses, chest pain, and/or bronchitis (lung inflammation)
These symptoms are usually mild dan akan berkurangan bila kite kurangkan aktiviti luar and sentiasa stay indoor.Selain tu bataskan diri kite dengan jerebu tu jugak contoh sentiasa pakai face mask even nak buang sampah kat luar je pun :)

How to Protect Yourself from Haze

During a prolonged haze period when the air quality is poor, take the following precautions to protect yourself:
  • Pay attention to local air quality updates. Recommended precautions you should take will usually be given in the form of advisories based on the latest air condition. So it is recommended that you check your local health authority’s website regularly for the latest air quality update. 
  • Avoid outdoor activities, especially outdoor sports. Children, pregnant women, the elderly, and those suffering from chronic illnesses, especially heart and respiratory disease, should remain indoor when the haze hits unhealthy levels. Healthy adults should avoid unnecessary outdoor activities. If you must exercise outdoor, avoid exercising in highly congested areas near busy roads and freeways, particularly during rush hours.
  • Close all windows, doors and any openings that may allow haze to enter your home and office. Turn on the air conditioner if you have one. Note: If the weather is extremely hot, it can become dangerous if you stay indoor with all fresh air intake closed and has no air conditioner. In this case, seek alternative shelter.
  • Use an air purifier to keep the particulate levels low. Choose an air purifier that is suitable for the size and type of your home. Avoid air cleaners that generate ozone as they will increase air pollution.
  • Keep air conditioner in tip-top working condition with regular cleaning and servicing. Fine particles can enter an air-conditioned building through the fresh air intake and by infiltration through openings and gaps.
  • If you are staying in a building with a central air conditioning system, install an air cleaning device. This helps to reduce the amount of air contaminants that may be circulating in your building.
  • Take your medication regularly if you are suffering from an existing disease, especially heart disease and respiratory disease. If you feel breathless at any point in time, seek medical attention immediately.
  • Drink more water and increase the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables. They help the body to flush out toxins absorbed through the skin and lungs, and improve the immune system. Cut down on alcohol and coffee as they promote fluid loss and leach nutrients from the body.
  • Limit or avoid smoking indoor and the use of gas stove, wood fireplace, candles, incense and anything that burns and emits smoke. In an enclosed area, smoke, gases and pollutants emitted from burning sources are trapped indoor and could build up to hazardous level if they continue to burn for an extended period of time.
  • Avoid driving if visibility is bad. When visibility is severely limited by the haze, avoid driving and use the public transport if you really need to get around. If you cannot avoid driving, do not speed and drive at a speed that suits the conditions. Roll up all the windows, turn on the headlight and avoid changing lanes, passing and crossing traffic. Increase your following distance and stay alert.
  • Under severe haze condition, wear a respirator if you must go outside. Respirators work better than surgical masks as they seal better and restrict more polluted air from entering the nose and mouth. They also come with the right filter to remove fine particles found in a haze. If you stayed indoor, but still experience haze-related conditions, it may be necessary to use respirators indoor as well.


So to all my friend stay healthy ya..tolong avoid any outside activity kalau tak penting..sebab tahap IPU udara masih belum bersih lagi even smalam memang banyak tempat hujan.. :) kalau kita tak jaga diri kita siapa nak jaga family kita kan?? so same-same kita berdoa agar jerebu ni hilang and same-same kita muhasabah diri sebab ape yang berlaku ni semua berpunca dari kita semua :)

Short trip to kelantan

Hubby tiba-tiba call..ma hari ni kite kena pegi kelantan sebab esok i ade meeting pukul 9.30am..mak aii seronoknye..ingat kelantan tu macam dekat petaling jaya ke?i pun siapkan la ape yang patut..sebab time tu da pukul 4.30ptg..risau jugak sebab tak penah ke kelantan drive sendiri..slalu naik degan orang yang memang tau selok belok nak ke sana atau naik flight je..yang i risau anak-anak i..sebab diorang  tak penah travel jauh-jauh cam ni..paling jauh tu ke Batu Pahat..kampung arwah ayah..itu pun dari Melaka..lepas siap-siap packing yang macam nak pegi sebulan..i pun terus google hotel yang best-best sebab bawak anak-anak kan..alang-alang boleh bercuti skali :)
Hotel kebanyakkan da fully booked sbb time cuti sekolah..so i cakap degan hubby i die kate tak pe kite redah je..berani betul..tapi tak pe..ikut gak..so around 9pm kami bertolak..berpandukan GPS dan dimulakan dengan bismillah bertolak la kami ke kelantan..it was a nice trip sebab anak-anak macam bertenang je..yela da malam..then kami pulak ikut bukit bukau je..so sejuk and gelap..diorang pun tido dengan lenanya..
Alhamdulillah disebabkan cuti sekolah jadi ade je kereta..so kami tak rase cuak la..sebab first time ni..dengan semata-mata ikut GPS je..banyak gak bas mase tu so tak boleh bawak laju..tepat pukul 4 pg kami sampai kat Kota Bharu..selapas tukar-tukar driver tah brape kali tah..hehe..
So mase kat Kelantan memang da niat nak makan yang sedap-sedap je..nak rase semua yang best..sebab i kalau travel memang nak rase makanan dulu..huhu..dalam kepala da siap da nak mkn megi ketam la,nasi ulam la macam-macam lagi la..
Duduk kelantan 1hari je terus balik..sebelum balik singgah Besut bawak anak-anak mandi manda..Ya Allah..punye la seronok sebab memang jarang sangat bawak anak-anak pegi mandi-mandi ni..yang kakak sibuk nak buat sand castle..yang adik lari-lari terjun terus dalam laut..mommy la terjerit-jarit macam tarzan kat pantai tu..risau betul..bukan reti takut si Danial tu..anak lelaki memang macam tu la kan :)

da mandi-mandi..kami pun meneruskan perjalanan ke Kuala Lumpur balik..tapi sebelum tu sempat gak shopping kat tepi-tepi jalan tu..beli ole-ole untuk bawak balik ke KL :) tepat jam 4pg sampai la kami kat rumah..bahagia rase bile sampai rumah :) memang home sweet home..hehe seronok gak dapat ikut hubby meeting jauh-jauh ni..mase keja dulu jangan harap la..tapi since da buat business premium beautiful ni alhamdulillah..dapat ikut and sentiasa ade duit untuk emergency cam ni :)
